The Centre for Synchronous Leadership is a leadership consultancy and think tank focussed on systemic change. Operating since 2010, we specialise in activating corporate Changemakers and supporting established ones who are enacting change on a global scale.
The Mindful Exclusion initiative was launched in March 2015 to explore the healthy flow of power in organisations, and what it means for employee network leaders, HR leaders, and senior executives to be effective change agents in contributing to this. The network leadership project is the first component, and the largest study of employee network leaders ever to be conducted. It is based on qualitative interviews with over 150 network leaders, network sponsors and diversity leads from over 60 major organisations across a broad range of sectors in the UK.
